The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to editing products.We understand the importance of making an informed decision when it comes to editing, which is why we offer a sample edit before purchase. This allows you to experience the quality of our editing service and decide if it meets your needs before committing.
Refunds for switching plansIf you wish to cancel a recently purchased subscription product to move to a different plan, contact us and we will make the switch as easy as possible.
Refunds for taking advantage of promotional offersIf you see a promotional offer for a product or service which you have purchased within the past 30 days, our standard refund policy applies (you may get a refund to repurchase your plan/service at the promo price).
Our refund policy exists to protect you, the customer, and provide peace of mind. It is not a means to get free services or access to Now Novel’s tools or guides by repeatedly requesting refunds. If we suspect refund policy abuse, we reserve the right to refuse serial refund requesters further service.
